How it works
STEP 1: Register with us at the ‘Register now’ box and browse through our selection of items.
STEP 2: Click BUY Now to add items to your cart.
STEP 3: When you are done shopping, proceed to CHECKOUT.
STEP 4: Pay for your order online using your ATM/Debit card or ON DELIVERY.
STEP 5: A confirmation invoice will be sent to you.
STEP 6: Expect your order after confirmation.
Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.

By clicking the “Check Out” button in your cart, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account
- Step 2
If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.

Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
- Step 4
To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit payments as well as PayPal, pay on delivery and direct bank transfer payments. Then click the “Complete Order” button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Verve credit card payments as well as PayPal, direct bank transfer and pay on delivery payments. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Note, your account will be charged once your order is processed.
Using Store Credit
To use a store credit, sign into your Retail Therapy Online account; you will see your store credit on the “My Account” page. Upon checking out, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your total. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will go back into your Retail Therapy Online account to be used on future purchases.

Adding Items to Your Cart
When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your cart by simply selecting your size and specifying quantity needed. Then, to add the item to your cart, you will simply click the “Add To cart” button.
Verification and Shipping
When placing your order, please note that Retail Therapy Online may require further verification of your order to ensure that orders are authorized by the cardholder. Verification will be completed via the email from which the order was placed. If a response is not given to our inquiries the order will be cancelled within a 48 hour period of first contact. Verification may be required for a multitude of reasons and at the discretion of Retail Therapy Online. This verification may delay the shipment of your order if a timely response is not given.
