🚚 Delivery & Shipping
How long will my order take? We aim to get UK orders out within 1 working day. Once it's on its way, standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships, so you'll know exactly where it is.
What are the shipping costs?
UK orders over £50 - free tracked shipping.
UK orders under £50 - £3.99.
UK express (1–2 working days) - £7.99. Europe - £12.99 (5–10 working days).
Rest of World - £19.99 (7–14 working days).
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when they arrive. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict or control them, but we'll always accurately declare orders.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check your tracking link first - it's in your dispatch email and usually shows the latest update. If it's been more than 7 working days since your dispatch notification and nothing's moved, email us at hello@bevadore.com. We'll look into it straight away and sort it.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if I want to return something?
No problem. You've got 30 days from delivery to return anything. Just email hello@bevadore.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
My order arrived damaged. What happens?
That's on us. Email a photo to hello@bevadore.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days for it to appear in your account; that's out of our hands, but we'll always confirm once we've processed it on our end.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All the usual ones.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually help. Email hello@bevadore.com as soon as possible. If it's already with the courier, just follow our standard returns process once it arrives.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify and PayPal Payments to securely process all card payments. We never see or store your full card details - that's all handled by Shopify's encrypted system.
✨ Products
How do I know the products are of good quality?
We only stock things we'd actually buy ourselves. The 30-day return policy is there for a reason - if something doesn't meet it, send it back. No hoops.
Do you sell skincare?
Yes — we stock a curated selection of skincare from brands we trust. We're also working on our own house line, Beva Beauty, which is coming soon.
Something I want is out of stock — will it come back?
It depends on the product, but we're happy to check for you. Email hello@bevadore.com with the product name and we'll let you know if and when it's coming back — and add you to the list so you're first to hear.
