Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are £3.99.

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of despatch.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your despatch notification, email us at hello@bevadore.com and we'll look into it straight away.

International Shipping

We ship to Europe and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

Europe: £12.99 — 5–10 working days

Rest of World: £19.99 — 7–14 working days 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm are typically dispatched the same day or the following working day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

You'll receive an automated tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and going to Orders. 

Delays

The vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasionally, delays happen, particularly around busy periods. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@bevadore.com, and we'll reship or issue a refund where appropriate. 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. To start a return, email hello@bevadore.com.
